Genesia Rodrigues is a seasoned professional in public policy and urban mobility, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Kazam since May 2025. Previously, Genesia held the position of Public Policy Manager at Namma Yatri from November 2023 to May 2025, where significant achievements included scaling the Mahila Shakti Electric Auto Training Program and securing substantial funding. Genesia's experience also includes roles as Public Affairs Manager at Chalo, Senior Research Associate at The Urban Works Institute, and Data Analyst at the Directorate of Urban Land Transport.
