Kamill Gusmanov

Kamill Gusmanov has worked in various roles within the tech industry since 2016. In 2016, they were a Junior Researcher in Cognitive Robotic Systems Laboratory at Innopolis University. In 2017, they worked as a Software Developer Intern at TGT Oilfield Services. In 2018, they were a Development Team Lead at MTS Group, where they managed a backend product team and implemented new technologies to speed up the software development and delivery process. In 2019, they worked at SORAMITSU as a Product Manager and Project Manager. In this role, they interacted with clients and formed strategies for 6-12 months. Kamill also developed projects using Hyperledger Iroha and prepared project checklists with basic product metrics. In 2020, they were a Product Manager at AZBUKA, where they managed a team of 4 developers, a designer, and a QA-engineer. Kamill also developed a gateway between SAP Hybris and Oracle Siebel, and a new algorithm for attributing deals by engagement channel. In 2021, they were a Product Manager at Rick.ai, where they reported directly to the CEO/CPO of the company and managed a product analytics team. Kamill also implemented CJMs for the onboarding sessions and a process for fast and predictable script delivery from the development team and analysts. Currently, they are a Product Manager at Marketpleys KazanExpress.

Kamill Gusmanov obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Innopolis University between 2015 and 2019. In November 2020, they received a Certified Product Manager (CPM) certification from the Netology-Group. In November 2016, they completed the Machine Learning DevCon School from Microsoft. In December 2021, they obtained a certification from Product Heroes titled "How to make product and business decisions based on metrics". In August 2021, they received a certification from GoPracrice titled "Симулятор управления продуктом на основе данных".
