Michael Uglietta has a diverse work experience. In 2017, they worked as a Recruiter for Chi Phi Fraternity, where they organized recruitment events and conducted recruitment meetings. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Safety Director at Grand Rapids Yacht Club, where they operated a motorboat, provided safety control during races, and managed various club-related tasks. In 2019, they worked as an Operations Analyst at Agile Safety, where they used Intuit Quickbooks to handle company order forms and communicate with clients about overdue invoices. In 2020, they were a CRE Summer Analyst at Leviathan Capital LLC. From 2021 to 2022, they were a Business Development Representative at Arrive Logistics. In 2022, they worked as a Sales Development Representative at Kazoo and is currently an Outbound Sales Representative at WorkTango Inc.

Michael Uglietta attended the University of Michigan from 2017 to 2021, where they pursued a degree in Economics with a field of study in Applied Economics.
