Alon Ben Hamo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2009, they worked as a Computer Science Teaching Assistant at Sapir College, where they assisted in various undergraduate courses and conducted practice and test work in C programming and calculus. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a Computer Science Teaching Assistant at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, focusing on teaching Java to undergraduate students.

In 2011, Ben Hamo became a Teacher at ORT Colleges, teaching computer science and mathematics and contributing to the development of educational programs and study aids. They then joined Teva Pharmaceuticals in 2013 as a Quality Assurance Tester, responsible for managing quality testing processes in the R&D department and performing measurements and writing reports.

In 2014, Ben Hamo started working at Intel Corporation, initially as a Personal Computer Technician, solving software and hardware problems and conducting installations. Later, they transitioned to the role of Validation Engineer, where they managed test processes on RT-Embedded systems, implemented advanced validation approaches, and defined and implemented test programs and components. They held this position until 2021.

In 2021, Ben Hamo joined KAZUAR Advanced Technologies LTD as an Automation Developer, specializing in automation development. Currently, they work as a QA & Automation Team Leader at Intel Corporation (Ness), taking the lead in QA and automation initiatives.

Alon Ben Hamo completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Lev Academic Center, from the years 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Real-Time Embedded Course in Computer Science at Real Time Group, from 2015 to 2016. Further back, they obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS in Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, from 2007 to 2009.
