Cassie Hataway

Cassie Hataway, PHR, has a comprehensive work experience in the field of human resources. Cassie started their career in 2003 at Cargill, where they held various roles including Assistant HR Manager and Environmental Health and Safety. In 2012, they joined JBS as a Development and Retention Manager and later became the Human Resources Director and Community Relations Manager. Most recently, since 2021, they have been working at KB Custom Ag Services, where they began as a Human Resources Leader and quickly progressed to the role of VP of Human Resources.

Cassie Hataway, PHR completed their Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Services and Development with a focus on Animal Sciences from Tarleton State University in the years 1997-2001. In 2019, they acquired the Professional in Human Resources® certification from HRCI.
