Barbara Serby has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several industries. Barbara currently works as the Vice President of Talent at KB Home, a prominent homebuilder in the United States. Prior to this, Barbara served as the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at WarnerMedia, where they led a highly successful recruiting team. Barbara also held multiple roles at Warner Bros. Entertainment, including Vice President & HR Group Lead, Vice President of Talent Acquisition, and Vice President of Compensation. Before their tenure at Warner Bros., Barbara worked as the Director of Human Resources at E! Networks and as a Compensation Consultant at Willis Towers Watson. Barbara began their career at Avery Dennison - Office Products North America as the Manager of Employee Development Programs. Barbara has a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, HR transformation, team management, and compensation.

Barbara Serby holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management & Organization from USC Marshall School of Business. Barbara also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from UC San Diego.
