Cedric D. Higgs

Cedric D. Higgs is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in residential building and project management. Currently serving as Lead Construction Superintendent at KB Home since February 2017, Cedric oversees the construction of quality homes and warranty processes. Previously, Cedric held the position of Construction Manager at McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc. from September 2015 to November 2016, where responsibilities included managing trades throughout the building phases of new homes. Cedric also gained valuable experience as Managing Principal at First Field Services, LLC., from January 2013 to September 2015, focusing on residential construction. Cedric earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Prairie View A&M University and a high school diploma from Famu High School.
