Erick Montano

Erick Montano is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, construction, customer service, and purchasing. Currently serving as Division President and Senior Vice President at KB Home since July 2017, Erick has a strong background in leadership roles, previously holding positions such as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at PulteGroup and Director of Sales at RSI Development. Additional roles include General Sales Manager at both PulteGroup and Irvine Company, where management of large sales teams and strategic oversight of sales operations in competitive markets was crucial. Erick began a career in supply chain management at Stater Bros. Markets and has a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from the University of Redlands.
