James C. Weaver

James C. “Rad” Weaver is the Chief Executive Officer of McCombs Partners in San Antonio, Texas, and oversees the implementation of the firm’s investment strategies, including management of its direct investments in private operating businesses. Mr. Weaver also serves as Chair of the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and has been a Director of the San Antonio Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas since April 2014, currently serving as its Chair Pro Tem. In 2017, he was appointed to the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System, and currently serves as a Vice Chairman. Mr. Weaver is a director on several corporate boards, including Circuit of the Americas, Cox Enterprises and Southern Towing Company. Mr. Weaver joined the Board in 2017.
