Julie Shin

Julie Shin has over a decade of experience in land acquisition and urban development, currently serving as Vice President of Land Acquisition at Century Communities, Inc. since September 2017, following progression from roles including Director of Land Acquisition and Senior Land Acquisition Manager. Prior to this, Julie held positions at KB Home as Land Acquisition Manager and Associate, and at CB Developers as Development Associate. Early career experience includes serving as Project Planner at Stanley R. Hoffman Associates, Inc. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Analysis and Design from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master of Arts in Urban Planning from the University of California, Los Angeles.
