Nam Joe

Nam Joe is a seasoned professional in land acquisition and real estate development, currently serving as Division President at KB Home in Sacramento since July 2022. Previously, Nam held the same title at Richmond American Homes and served as Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California's Sol Price School of Public Policy. With a background at various esteemed companies, including Watt Companies and Province West, Nam has cultivated expertise in land brokerage and acquisition over numerous leadership roles since 2004. Nam's educational credentials include a JD in Business Law from USC Gould School of Law, an MRED in Real Estate Development from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy, a BA in Economics and International Relations from Tufts University, and a high school diploma from Horace Mann School.
