Sean Kranick

Sean Kranick has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sean started their career in 1995 as an Officer in the US Navy where they held several roles, including Operations Division Officer and Intelligence Officer. In 2001, they worked as an Equipment Engineer & Production Supervisor at Solectron Corporation, where they significantly improved the on-time maintenance of production machinery. From 2002 to 2003, they worked as an Account Executive at Express Logistics Services, establishing new accounts and servicing existing ones. Sean then joined Centex Homes as a Purchasing Agent and later as an Estimator/Purchasing Agent, where they implemented initiatives to improve vendor structures and purchase order accuracy. In 2008, they became a Purchasing Agent at Centex Homes - Pulte Homes, aiding in the integration of the vendor base after a merger. In 2011, they joined SRK DesignWorks, LLC as a Project Manager, responsible for identifying and rehabilitating distressed properties for a private investor group. In 2012, they briefly worked as a Technical Support Specialist at BuildLinks, providing support for a construction operations management platform. Finally, they joined Capitol City Homes in 2012 as an Operations Manager, overseeing operations at the company until 2016 when they joined KB Home as a Director of Operations.

Sean Kranick received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with General Engineering Core Curriculum from the United States Naval Academy from 1990-1994. Sean also attended Surface Warfare Officer School in 1994. Prior to college, they attended Millbrook High School from 1986-1990. Additionally, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from The Project Management Institute in December 2011.
