Stephanie Maruyama

Stephanie Maruyama has extensive experience in the field of compensation and benefits. Stephanie started their career at Hilton Hotels Corporation in 1998 and worked as a Compensation role until 2008. Stephanie then joined KB Home as a Senior Director of Compensation, where they worked from 2008 until 2016. In 2016, Stephanie was promoted to the position of Vice President of Compensation & Benefits at KB Home, a role they currently hold.

Stephanie Maruyama attended UCLA from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a BA degree in Social Psychology.
