Lou Ferro

Lou Ferro is a professional with extensive experience in audit services. Currently serving as SVP Audit Services at KBA Lease Services since 1990, responsible for ensuring tenants are properly charged for rent per their commercial real estate leases. Prior to that, Lou worked at Bear Stearns in Internal Audit from 1984 to 1987, and at Price Waterhouse as a CPA from 1981 to 1984. Lou Ferro holds a BBA in Accountancy from Baruch College, graduating in 1981.
