Michelle Emperor

Michelle joined KBC following a 7-year tenure with CBRE in Chicago helping clients achieve their real estate objectives. Her strength in developing operational efficiencies provided support for clients on all aspects of transactions: marketing expertise, micro-to-macro communications, market research, data management, financial analysis and more. She has assisted hundreds of transactions locally, regionally, and globally: leasing, acquisition, disposition, and capital markets. Before working with brokerage teams, she supported the transaction accounting department processing and tracking transaction funds for the Chicago metro region. Prior to real estate, Michelle worked in events and development in non-profits in the South Puget Sound, WA where she happily traded Chicago snow for PNW rain for five years.
