Sam Higgins

After 4 years of headhunting, a couple of start-ups, then the dot com bust, Sam Higgins began his commercial real estate career in 2001 focusing on the East Bay Industrial Market. Sam came to KBC from Cushman & Wakefield with his great friend and business partner, Tom Damaschino, to open up KBC Nor Cal in Spring of 2021. Spending much of his time on client boondoggles, he still finds a way to be incredibly productive leasing and selling industrial real estate. Fortunately the folks at Prologis, Link, CenterPoint, Westcore, DWS, Duke, Conor/McShane and others like working with him. He provides expertise and strategy to owners and occupiers leveraging his relationships and market knowledge. Sam is a member of SIOR, and has served as President of the East Bay Brokers Association.
