David Thomson is a seasoned professional in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as President of Global Manufacturing at KBC Networks since June 2004. In this role, David focuses on implementing continuous improvement in manufacturing and quality through executive management and lean manufacturing principles. Prior to this position, David held various roles at AER Manufacturing from September 1992 to June 2004, including Manufacturing and R&D Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing tier I supplier operations for warranty exchange engines for major automotive clients such as Ford, Nissan, and GM. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University, completing studies at the Dwight Look College of Engineering from 1975 to 1979.
