Kurt Maes is a seasoned professional in the field of business architecture and strategy, currently serving in the Change & Transformation team at KBC Insurance since April 2008. Prior roles include positions as Process Manager for Life Insurance and Process Analyst Expert within the same organization. Kurt's extensive experience in financial services includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Computer Science Corporation from November 2005 to April 2008 and as a Consultant at IBM from 2002 to 2005. Earlier in Kurt's career, positions as a Consultant for Private Banking Software at Real Software in Belgium from 1998 to 2001 were held. Academically, Kurt holds a Master’s degree in Economics from KU Leuven (1993-1997) and has obtained additional qualifications through a post-university program at Université de Namur (1998-1999) and an Erasmus student exchange at The University of Göttingen (1997-1998).
