Senior Research Associate, Cell Line Generation at KBI Biopharma

Amandine Zimmermann is a Senior Research Associate in Cell Line Generation at KBI Biopharma since July 2023, following the merger of Selexis with the company, where Amandine previously held the position of Cell Line Development Engineer. Amandine specializes in the development of mammalian stable and monoclonal cell lines for recombinant protein production. Previous experience includes an internship in the Cell Line Technologies Team at Merck Serono, focusing on optimizing cell line development processes, as well as various internships in fields such as immunonanotherapy and protein production. Amandine holds a Master's degree in Synthetic Biology from The University of Freiburg, alongside an Engineering degree in Biotechnology from ESBS and a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences from the University of Strasbourg. In addition, Amandine contributed to research on the role of melatonin receptors in memory, evidenced by a co-authored publication.
