Justin Southerland

Justin Southerland has a robust background in engineering and biopharmaceuticals, currently serving as a Proposal Development Manager at KBI Biopharma, with experience in managing early phase programs and technology transfer in a cGMP environment. Prior roles include Lead Manufacturing Chemist at Agilent Technologies, where leadership and production issue resolution skills were demonstrated, and various positions at Colorado State University, highlighting expertise in laboratory safety and experimental design.
