Katie Edgar

Katie Edgar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy, alliance management, and legal consulting. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Alliance Management at KBI Biopharma since July 2023, Katie is also the Founder of Gemini Endeavors LLC, providing legal and strategic consulting since January 2020. Prior to these roles, Katie held significant positions at NOVAVAX INC, including Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Senior Director of Alliance Integration from June 2020 to July 2023. Additional experience includes legal and business development at De la Vega Capital and leadership roles at Warpaint Resources LLC and FC Dallas. Katie's educational background includes multiple degrees from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, as well as studies at McDonogh School, The Park School, and Tulane University.
