Gian Pazzia has a strong background in the cost segregation industry. Gian served as the CEO of KBKG, where they focused on R&D tax credits, repair vs. capitalization, cost segregation, employment credits, green building tax incentives, energy incentives, transfer pricing, and IC-DISC. Gian was also involved with the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals, serving as a member of the Board of Directors, President, and Chair of the Technical Standards Committee. Pazzia was recognized for their work at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they developed proprietary cost segregation software and initiated an advanced engineering training program.
