Adam Harding

Adam Harding is a seasoned aerospace engineer and technical leader with expertise in digital transformation and engineering management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Advisor at KBR, Inc., since February 2025, Adam spearheads the development of digital twin ecosystems for the Department of Defense. Previously, as Chief Engineer and Engineering Manager at Istari Digital, Adam led the Flyer One program, focusing on innovative digital processes for aircraft design and testing. Adam's background also includes a role as Senior Program Manager at Adobe and Engineering Supervisor at the Defense Contract Management Agency, overseeing critical defense contracts. Adam's extensive experience began in the United States Air Force and NASA, complemented by a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah, and an Executive Education certificate from Harvard Kennedy School in 2017.
