Charlie Kerr

Charlie Kerr serves as the Director of Government Compliance at KBRwyle since April 2017, overseeing compliance with Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and DFAR Business Systems. Responsibilities include leading the preparation of Disclosure Statements, managing indirect rates, acting as a liaison for government audits, and conducting cost impact analyses. Additionally, Charlie has been a Sr. Manager in Government Compliance at KBR since April 2005. Charlie holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of South Florida, earned between 1986 and 1991.
