James Schwabach

James Schwabach is a Cognitive Performance Specialist at KBR, Inc. since May 2023, following a role as Senior Solutions Designer and Solutions Designer at MindGym from April 2021 to May 2023, where content creation focused on influencing thought and behavior. Schwabach served as Minor League Mental Skills Coordinator for the Tampa Bay Rays from January 2016 to January 2021 and as Peak Performance Trainer at Apex Performance from January 2012 to February 2016, emphasizing the development of mental skills for peak performance in critical scenarios. Additionally, Schwabach taught Introductory Psychology at Herkimer County Community College in late 2011.
