Jim Bolin

Jim Bolin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and operations management within the defense sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at KBR, Inc. since 2005, Bolin oversees the Defense Systems Engineering Business Unit, focusing on comprehensive life cycle services for the Department of Defense. Previous roles include Director of Mission Systems at KBRwyle, where responsibilities encompassed full life cycle mission systems support, and Sector Manager for Advanced Projects Test and Engineering, providing a wide range of engineering and acquisition support services. Bolin has also held positions as Program Manager for the Southern Maryland Navy Alliance and Executive Vice President for the U.S. Navy. With a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University and Level III credentials in Systems Engineering from the Defense Acquisition University, Bolin demonstrates a strong commitment to technical excellence and leadership.
