Kelly Tin

Kelly Tin is a skilled professional with a diverse background in test management and program evaluation, having served as a Junior Officer at VAW-115 in Atsugi, Japan from 1996 to 1999. Kelly held various roles including Test Resource Manager and Team Leader at KBR, Inc. from 2015 to 2019, where they contributed to major operational test readiness reviews. Additionally, Kelly worked at AVIAN, leading the development of NAVAIR's first standardized metrics package for the Triton UAS program. Kelly's educational achievements include an MBA in Project Management from the Florida Institute of Technology, as well as language proficiency in Japanese from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
