Matt Clinger

Matt Clinger possesses extensive experience in internal controls and audit management, currently serving as a CPA, CISA, and CIA at KBR, Inc. since August 2010. Prior to this role, Clinger held senior management positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers from August 2004 to April 2010, where responsibilities included managing automated business process and IT internal control audits for several SEC and non-SEC clients, enhancing client relationships, and overseeing a quality control team. Clinger also worked at Deloitte from September 1997 to July 2004, managing internal control audits and leading a diverse team across multiple engagements. Clinger holds a Master of Accountancy in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from Brigham Young University.
