Peter Swain

Peter Swain is a Professional Engineering Manager and Chartered Professional Engineer with extensive experience in Defence acquisition and sustainment projects. Currently working as an Engineering Change Manager and Naval Architect at KBR, Inc., they oversee the implementation of Combat and Platform systems into Navy vessels. Previously, Peter held key positions at Thales Australia and Austal, where they managed various engineering teams and projects, ensuring compliance with national and international standards. Peter's career began in the Department of Defence, where they contributed as both a Naval Architect and a Drafting and Technical Officer.
