Thomas Phelan

Thomas Phelan is an experienced aerospace professional currently serving as Program Manager and Flight Director in the Air Vehicle Operating Unit at KBR, Inc. since May 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Director in the same unit at KBR from December 2005 to May 2023. Thomas's career began in the U.S. Navy, where responsibilities included serving as a Test Pilot from 1987 to 2005 and as a Pilot from 1979 to 2005. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, obtained between 1975 and 1979.
