Viola Brumskine

Viola Brumskine is an experienced legal and human resources professional, currently serving as Investigations Manager at KBR, Inc. since September 2024. Prior to this, Viola held the position of Director, Global HR Investigations and Senior Advisor for Employee Relations at Mercy Corps, where responsibilities included conducting investigations into code of conduct violations. Viola founded Brumskine Legal Group, providing legal services to small businesses and consultants, and has also worked in senior consulting roles, including directing projects for the Department of Homeland Security. Prior experiences encompass management of complex legal issues, providing support at the UNHCR, and serving as a Litigation Associate. Viola holds a Doctor of Law from the University of Kentucky, an Executive Certificate in Facilitation from Georgetown University, and additional credentials in organizational leadership and strategic leadership for women.
