Angela Liang is General Counsel at Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA), and previously served as the company’s assistant general counsel. Prior to joining KBRA in 2010, Angela held an associate role at Greenberg Traurig LLP; Coblentz, Patch, Duffy & Bass LLP; and Steefel, Levitt & Weiss PC (now Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP). Angela earned a B.A. in history and a B.S. in city and regional planning from Cornell University, as well as a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
