Ben Silverstein

Ben Silverstein is a CMBS Analyst at KBRA since March 2022, responsible for analyzing the credit performance of over 400 commercial real estate loans, conducting cash flow analysis, managing a diverse portfolio of transactions, and preparing detailed surveillance reports. Prior to this role, Ben served as an Analyst at Orens Brothers Real Estate Inc. from January 2021 to March 2022, where responsibilities included market data analysis for project Proformas, identifying acquisition opportunities, and developing sophisticated financial models for real estate transactions. Ben holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, obtained in July 2021.
