Vayu Sarangam

Vayu Sarangam is a Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) Analyst at KBRA, responsible for evaluating CMBS deal and bond-level capital structures to provide risk insights and credit enhancement ratings. Previous experience includes serving as a Capital Markets Associate at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, where Vayu analyzed deals to optimize capital structures, and as an Equity Research Analyst for the Trinity University Student Managed Fund, managing investments and presenting research for portfolio profitability. Vayu also worked as a Financial Analyst at Sysco, assessing financial risk exposure, and as a Real Estate Investment Intern at ORP Investments, analyzing investments and creating presentations. Vayu holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Trinity University, and graduated from Cypress Ranch High School.
