Warren Cook

Warren Cook is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in finance operations, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and systems management across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Finance at KBRA since April 2022, Warren leads finance operations, procurement technology, and business analytics while overseeing significant system integrations. Previously, Warren held the position of Vice President of Finance at ATSG, where responsibilities included designing and automating key financial reports. At Tata Communications, as Director of FP&A, contributed to preparations for the company's public offering by enhancing the monthly close and financial automation processes. In a prior role as Executive Director of Corporate FP&A at The NPD Group, Warren focused on optimizing financial processes and developing strategic business plans. Warren's extensive career began at Citi, where several leadership positions involved directing financial planning and implementing advanced reporting tools. Warren holds an MBA in Banking & Finance from Hofstra University and a BS in Finance from Penn State University.
