Scott Stallard

Scott Stallard has held various roles in the construction industry since 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as an Outside Sales Rep and Co-Manager at 84 Lumber, and as a Trade Sales Consultant at Pella of the Carolinas. In 2007, they became the Owner/President of SDS Design Build, LLC. In 2011, they joined KBS, Inc. as a Project Superintendent, managing the construction of multi family projects in the Richmond area. This included Miller Buildings in the Manchester area, Oxygen at Centerpoint, Brookland Park Plaza, East 51 at Rockett’s Landing, and Circ Apartments in the Fan District. Scott also served as an Assistant Project Superintendent, managing large multi family construction projects such as Village Summit Apartments, Manchester Link Apartments, Colony Village, and Miller Buildings.

Scott Stallard received a B.A. in Business and Economics with a minor in Biology from Virginia Tech in 2003.
