Tim Blaharski

Tim Blaharski has a comprehensive work experience spanning over multiple roles and companies. Tim is currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at KBX since September 2022. Prior to this, Tim worked at Guardian Industries for a significant period. Their roles at Guardian Industries include Business Analyst from March 2017 to September 2022, IS Support Manager - Americas from February 2015 to March 2017, North America Business System Component Lead from February 2012 to January 2015, Information Services from August 2011 to February 2012, and Logistics Analyst from May 2007 to August 2011. As the North America Business System Component Lead, Tim successfully managed the major business system for all plants in North America and developed a North American support team. Tim also played a crucial role in establishing universal best practices and acted as a liaison between plant end users and system developers.
