Corinne Kritikos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Corinne is currently the Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at KC CARE Health Center, where they lead large change management initiatives and improves employee satisfaction. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of HIV Services at the same organization, where they successfully supervised program managers and achieved high staff retention rates. Before their vice president roles, Corinne was the Director of HIV Services and the Director of HIV Case Management at KC CARE Health Center, where they excelled in project management, compliance, and quality improvement. Additionally, they worked as a Development Associate at KC CARE Health Center, securing significant grant funding and promoting clear communication through health literacy initiatives. Outside of KC CARE Health Center, Corinne held roles such as Assistant Director of Field Education at Avila University, Site Coordinator at Local Investment Commission (LINC), Resource Coordinator at Columbia College Chicago, Director of Operations at 826CHI, and Americorps Vista at The University of Kansas.
Corinne Kritikos obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Kansas in the years 2002 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) with a focus on Leadership Development in the Social Services at Loyola University Chicago from 2007 to 2009. Recently, in 2021, Corinne completed the Healthcare Executive Program at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
