Shanti Pillai has over a decade of experience in business development and customer service. Since July 2014, Shanti has been serving as the Business Development Team Leader at Krishna Consultants, where responsibilities include leading a team and driving business growth. Prior to this role, Shanti worked at HSBC from April 2008 to July 2014 as a Senior Customer Service Executive, gaining valuable skills in client interaction and support.
