Jessica Rhodes

Jessica Rhodes has a strong background in development, marketing, and communications. Jessica is currently the Chief Development Officer (CDO) at Great Jobs KC, where they previously served as the Director of Development. Prior to that, Jessica was the Director of Annual Fund and Director of Development at the University of Central Missouri. Jessica also worked as the Director of Marketing and Communications at West Independent Living Solutions (WILS). Jessica began their career as a Case Manager at the University of Central Missouri and later became the Executive Director of Warrensburg Main Street.

Jessica Rhodes has a Master's degree in College Student Personnel Administration from the University of Central Missouri, which they obtained in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Missouri Valley College.
