Peter Thomas

Peter Thomas is an experienced finance professional with extensive leadership roles in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair at KCA Deutag since December 2020, Peter has held several significant positions including Chief Financial Officer at NEO Energy UK Group and Neptune Energy Group Limited, where Peter focused on large-scale investment opportunities in the energy market. With prior roles including CFO for TAQA's UK North Sea operations and Hardman Resources, as well as senior financial positions at Enterprise Oil and KPMG UK, Peter has a well-rounded background in corporate finance, strategic planning, and treasury management. Peter holds an Advanced Management Programme from INSEAD and a degree in Zoology from the University of Bristol.
