Rob Sutherland

Rob Sutherland is an experienced drilling professional with a career spanning over 17 years in the offshore drilling industry. Currently serving as a Driller at KCA Deutag since September 2012, Rob has also taken on significant responsibilities as an Assistant Rig Superintendent and has expertise in operating NOV automated equipment and side-tracking procedures. Prior roles include Lead Floorhand and Drilling Fluids Operator at Maersk Drilling, where Rob was skilled in HPHT drilling operations, and various positions at KCA Deutag and Noble Drilling, starting as a Roustabout. Rob's career began as a Plumbing and Heating Engineer, demonstrating diverse skills and adaptability within the workforce.
