Sharon Mitchell

Sharon Mitchell has extensive experience in human resources, focusing on recruitment and organizational support within the drilling industry. Currently serving as a Junior HR Business Partner at KCA Deutag since April 2005, Sharon actively supports the Global Recruitment Team and collaborates with the HR Manager on resourcing standards and policies. Prior to this role, Sharon served as HR Coordinator at RDS, gaining valuable expertise in international and corporate HR practices. Sharon's career began as an Office Manager at J P Kenny and included a position as HR Coordinator at Odfjell Drilling. Sharon holds a Certificate in Personnel Practice from North East Scotland College, attained in 2010.
