Jackline Sagwe

Jackline Sagwe, FLMI, currently serves as the Head of Group Business Process Re-Engineering at KCB Bank Group, the leading financial services organization in East Africa. With extensive experience in business process re-engineering, Jackline has held several key roles, including Acting Group Director of Shared Services, where important organizational committees were chaired. Previous positions include Head of Business Excellence & Research at Liberty Life Kenya and Head of Research and Development at ICEA LION GROUP, both focusing on cost savings, process efficiencies, and improved customer satisfaction through automation and innovation. Education includes a Master of Science in Statistics and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Nairobi.
