Pavel Shubin

Pavel Shubin is an experienced cyber security professional currently serving as the Manager of Cyber Security at Kcell АО since June 2022, overseeing various aspects of information security including incident response, network security, database protection, penetration testing, and application security. Previously, Pavel held the position of Head of Cyber Security at both Kcell АО and Beeline Kazakhstan, where responsibilities included implementing security strategies, managing budgets, optimizing expenses, and leading incident response efforts. Prior roles also encompass serving as Head of the Information Security Department at Bank RBK and earlier positions focused on IT support and administration.
