Yolanda Means

Yolanda Means has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Yolanda currently holds the position of Executive Vice President of Human Resources at KCG Companies since July 2023. Prior to this, Yolanda served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Damar Services, Inc. from 2020 to January 2023. Their responsibilities included providing comprehensive HR support, strategic planning, and legal/regulatory compliance. Yolanda also worked as the Human Resources Director at Flynn Restaurant Group in 2019 and as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from 2013 to 2018. In these roles, they oversaw a large number of employees and collaborated with various stakeholders to protect and strengthen the organizations. Yolanda started their career as a Human Resources Business Partner at Flynn Restaurant Group, Apple American Group in 2007, where they directed HR operations and provided strategic guidance.

Yolanda Means has obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Work from Indiana University Bloomington. Yolanda also holds additional certifications as a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.
