Prior to this, Stephen held positions at Killian Construction Co. as an Estimator and Project Engineer. Before that, Stephen worked at CIS Data Services LLC as a Project Coordinator and Technician. Stephen holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Missouri State University.
