Clem Watson

Clem Watson currently serves in Transportation Services at KCI Technologies, Inc. since January 2023 and is the owner of Watson Professional Services, LLC, established in December 2021. Prior experience includes significant roles at Parrish and Partners, LLC, where Clem was Operations Manager and South Carolina Surface Transportation Operations Manager from January 2017 to April 2020, overseeing construction engineering and inspection operations and project management for transportation projects. Earlier career highlights include serving as Senior Project Engineer at HDR | ICA from January 2014 to December 2016, and various positions at the South Carolina Department of Transportation from March 1993 to January 2014, culminating in the roles of Chief Engineer for Field Operations and Chief Engineer of Operations. Clem holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina and an Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Midlands Technical College.
