David Russell II

David Russell II has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as a Regional Practice Leader at KCI Technologies, Inc. since June 2016. Previous roles at KCI included Practice Leader, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineer. Prior to that, David was an Engineer in Training at LNV, Inc., where responsibilities included analyzing and preparing documentation for Public Works projects. With experience as an Engineering Assistant III at the Texas Department of Transportation, David participated in a rotational program focused on testing and approving construction materials. Earlier in the career, David worked as a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent at USAA, providing insurance services across multiple states and training new employees. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio and an Associate's Degree in Engineering from San Antonio College.
