Carrie Scott

CIO, Senior Managing Director at KCIC

Carrie Scott is currently the CIO and Senior Managing Director at KCIC. Prior to this, they were a Managing Consultant at Navigant Consulting from August 2000 to June 2006. In this role, Carrie was responsible for interpreting, reconciling, and cleansing healthcare data from disparate sources and formats for reporting, modeling, and analysis for clients in the pharmaceutical and managed care industries. Carrie was also responsible for identifying and interpreting data patterns and trends in terabytes of data using data mining techniques, offering in-depth analysis and insight. Carrie presented their findings to management in a clear and concise manner, both in writing and orally. In addition, Carrie provided a consistent and effective quality control review of work and served as a sounding board for colleagues’ ideas and analysis methodologies. Carrie also supervised teams of consultants and attorneys from 2 - 50 in size.

Carrie began their career as an intern at First USA in June 1998, where they worked for two summers. In January 2012, Carrie became a John’s Hopkins Graduate Student Consultant at the National Library Services for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS), where they worked until May 2012.

Carrie Scott has a Masters of Business Administration from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School as well as a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the same school. Carrie also has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the same school.

Their manager is Jonathan Terrell, President. They work with Kathrin Hashemi - Senior Manager, Sajana Wagle - Senior Analyst, and Christopher Monahan - Director.
